Blending customer service with rapid response technology, the University of Adelaide has recently introduced two online services for our prospective international students and agents: the International Eligibility Chatbot and The Ambassador Platform (TAP).

International Eligibility Chatbot

Assisting prospective students and agents pre-assess their university eligibility has been made easy through the introduction of our International Eligibility chatbot. Available 24/7, this chatbot has been built into our International website and asks a series of questions to help you understand if you or your student is eligible for entry into the University.  Following the eligibility assessment, you will be sent further information including:

  • Invitation to chat to our International Ambassadors
  • Details on how to apply
  • Available scholarships
  • Access to the University's Knowledge Base

TAP

Designed to assist future students in the decision-making stage of their education journey, our TAP (The Ambassador Platform) feature enlists the support of current international students who provide their insights on what life is really like at the University of Adelaide. Prospective students and agents who use TAP have the opportunity to: 

  • Live chat with students
  • Ask direct questions to students from your study area or country
  • Access a tailored FAQ focused on university life
  • Browse Adelaide life through our student's live social media feeds

These tools, when used in conjunction with the services provided by our International Recruitment and Admissions teams, will help you and your students make faster, more informed decisions about your future study with the University of Adelaide.
