Stay supported online
Online support options for current and commencing international students.
It's been well over a year since our world was rocked by the COVID-19 pandemic, changing the way many of us live our daily lives. In the education sector, our international students and agents have been among the most significantly impacted groups of people.
We believe border restrictions should not stop our international students from commencing or continuing studies and want to provide an online environment where offshore students can thrive, getting ahead in their studies before they arrive in Australia.
The University of Adelaide is proud to provide a range of online support services to our international students and agents to help them navigate this difficult time.
Our offshore support options cover three key areas: admissions, academic, and social and wellbeing.
Admissions Support
- International student Advisors - Our International Student Advisors are online and ready to help assist our students with any issues whether it be tuition fee questions, study management assistance, COE or visa issues, mental health issues or general information requests.
- International Student COVID FAQ - Keep up to date on the latest news regarding COVID-19 health alerts and access a range of important FAQ's covering visas, travel restrictions, health insurance and superannuation.
- COVID-19 rebates - Our offshore students can benefit from rebates of up to 20%. This covers both continuing and commencing international students who are unable to travel to Australia due to border restrictions.

As the pandemic situation continues to evolve so too will our online service, ensuring international offshore students are supported in their studies and agents have access to the most up-to-date information to help guide students in their decision making.
