Important information

For all other programs, there is not a specific application deadline, however we strongly encourage students to lodge their application no later than 6 weeks before the commencement date of the intake they have applied for.

This is to ensure that there is sufficient time for the application to be assessed, and if the application is successful, time to accept the offer. This is also to ensure that applicants have enough time to go through the visa application procedure with the Australian Government's Department of Home Affairs.

Applications submitted closer to the program commencement date will still be considered on a case-by-case basis, however in the instance that the assessment cannot be completed by the commencement date, if eligible, an offer may be issued for the next available intake.

Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.

NOTE: Applicants to the Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) program should refer to the relevant intake’s Coursework programs information.

All 1 year honours program applications, with the exception of the Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), are reviewed just prior to the intake commencement. As such there is a window of time in which an application should be lodged. The following tables identify application open dates, and the Important Information below the tables addresses when an application should be lodged by.

Ahead of lodging an application, applicants must check if supervisor and/or project information is required for their application to progress. Further information on applying to study a 1 year honours program with the University of Adelaide can be found here.
